Step 1: Register as a Consignor
• Sign up and pay the $25.00 participation fee.
• Get access to pricing & tagging instructions.
• Choose drop-off time based on availability.
Step 2: Price & Tag Your Items
• Follow our pricing & tagging best practices for maximum earnings.
• Use our system, My Sales Manager to price and tag items.
Step 3: Drop Off Your Items
• Bring your items to Pulaski County Fair Grounds during your scheduled drop-off time.
• Our team organizes everything for you – no extra work needed!
Step 4: Get Paid!
• Earn 70% of sales from all sold items.
• Pick up unsold items on pick up day or donate them to charity.
Pricing is completely up to you. When pricing, think about the condition, age, current retail price, brand, style and market demand for your items. Remember you have the option to place your items half price on the last day of the sale.
• Bundle items into sets and tag them as one sale item.
• Specify set details (e.g., 6 candles, 4 placemats).
• Number tags for sets (1 of 3, 2 of 3, etc.).
• Use clear, sealable plastic bags for breakable items; secure with heavy-duty tape. Attach the tag to the front.
• Mark items for discount if you want them reduced on the last sale day.
• Price competitively—aim for a fair value while ensuring items sell.
